Happy Easter!

Hello and Happy Easter!

My mom says I would make a cute Easter Bunny. I don't know what a bunny is, but I am pretty cute. Especially when I hold my ears up. I can hear really good when they're up. Thanks to them I never missed a meal or a treat. But I did get to where I couldn't hear good. But that is a story for another day. Now, Shorty's ears are not the same as mine. His won't stand up but he can hear as well as me. He's such a little stinker. I can't wait to see him again. I think it'll be soon.

He was such a cute baby. He had a friend named Buttons. She was a cat. They used to run and play together. He got Parvo when he was a baby and I almost lost him. It did get my other baby. She looks like me. But Shorty was the stronger one and he made it.

This is him on Halloween. He was sooooo humiliated. But Mom gave him a cookie so that's why he has a happy look on his face. I guess I was lucky. About the worst thing she ever put on me was a hideous purple sweater. But it was pretty warm now that I think about it.

These are some of my humans. My mom and dad are not in this photo. Jerri put this picture on a nice fluffy blanket for mom and she won't even let us use it!
Isn't that disgraceful? She said we had enough blankets of our own, Besides, ours smell better. But just when they get to smelling fantastically wonderful, she washes them. Oh the unfairness of it all!
I was actually Jerri's dog first. Here's what happened.
My mom found me and rescued me from an abusive owner and a pack of big dogs. She was looking for her dog named Samantha that my then dad, Jerry, had let out of the pen while she was at work. She knew she couldn't keep me, but I was really tiny. She thought I would make a good pet for Shae and Tyler.
And I would have, but I bit Tyler and Bryan put me outside to live. I never told them why I bit him but they would not have cared cause he was their baby. I liked it outside. Mom said I was a free spirit whatever the heck that is, but the truth was, I liked to roam around. But anyway, Mom caught me trying to 'make nice' with a huge dog and whisked me off to live with her. Boy was I pissed! I never got to hang with those big dogs again. But I had Lucy and Bebo
to visit me sometimes. And all those stupid cats.

Bob and Jeb

This is Bob & Jeb, the monsters in the back yard. They are sooo lucky. They don't have to bathe as often as me and Shorty. They smell wonderful! They aren't sure what I am. My mom told David that I may have the same scent as their mom. Whatever! They sure seem interested in sniffing me when I go around them, which is not often. I like to sniff them from afar.

Mangy cats!

George is the orange one. She's pretty cool as far as cats go. But she has a very annoying habit of turning upside down when people talk to her and oftens falls off furniture while doing so.
Blue cat, the fat ass one is the one I dislike the most. David calls him Bukie. I call him Pukie!
Maxx is the little white one. He is really strange. I think he is possessed!
God, I hate cats!

Hog dog

This is my son, Shorty. They named him Shorty because he is. Ugly, huh? He looks like his dad, Casey. There were 4 babies but three didn't make it. He pretends to hate those mangy cats when I'm around, but I have seen him let them rub around on him when he thinks I'm not looking. He thinks he is ferocious but we all know better. He'll eat anything that does not eat him first, except banannas and pickles. They call him hog dog. My question is, what the heck is a hog? But he is not feeling good lately and I suspect he'll be here soon.
I'll be posting some photos of the rest of the family as soon as I find some presentable pics of them mangy critters that call themselves felines.
Later on I'm gonna share a big secret with ya'll that will blow you away!
